Reminders

  • Make sure you are signed up for the event of your choice before beginning your first activity (otherwise it won’t count!).
  • Make sure your tracking app is synced to an associated app such as Garmin connect, apple, Strava, map my fitness etc, before starting your first activity within the race window.
  • Wear your device associated with your tracking app and save the workout on your device when you finish, your activity will show on your device dashboard upon completion. When all 3 disciplines have been completed upload to the DTC Strava page or the TCC or DTC Facebook group/page where all times will be verified. This can be done by simply taking screenshots of your activities or taking a picture of your wearable device on completion of each activity.
  • Please note that no electric-powered bikes or motorised bikes or vehicles can be used (we know you wouldn't anyway, but its always good to remind everyone).
  • Finally,  run distances can not be combined into one run, they must be separate runs (you can do them straight after each other as long as you stop and record each one individually).
  • Remember,  this is all for fun and at the end of it, you will receive a medal and a gift that will be posted to you. There will also be a number of spot prizes given to different participants.
  • Please also remember that you are taking part at your own risk and you must be sure that your route choice, your equipment and safety are your own responsibility at all times and by taking part you are agreeing to our terms and conditions which can be found here.
  • Team DTC and TCC will also be looking to make a donation to the local food banks in Ruthin and Denbigh from any profits realised from the event.

Good luck, and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.  Keep smiling keep training keep SAFE keep believing. Get up Get out Get it done. Team DTC and TCC
